Rene has worked in the HVAC business since he was 14 years old. He grew up in the business working his way up from a sheet metal shop layout employee, bidding HVAC jobs for a HVAC contractor to working for HVAC distributors the last 26 years. Rene knows the El Paso/ Las Cruces area, which includes the customers, vendors and the overall market conditions. In September 2018, he started Winsupply of El Paso. Winsupply serves the El Paso market area with heating, ventilating and air conditioning, bringing a more personal connection with his customers. Win'ning their business and supply all their HVAC needs.

Todd Hutzler is the Operations Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Todd has over 22 years of wholesale industry experience with multiple awards regionally and nationally for Operations of Branch Management. Todd's strength is in his understanding of working capital; how inventory management, expense control and how the financials can impact the wholesaler and customer base. His is high energy, a quick learner, readily accepts change and has a strong work ethic to get results. Todd is looking forward to helping grow our team in their roles and make WinSupply of El Paso our customer's supplier of choice.

Growing up in Southern Virginia, Texas has been home to Todd since 1998 and El Paso since 2003.

Jeseves 'Jimmy' Mariscal-Nieves is our Counter Sales Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Jimmy is a results-driven sales professional with over 7 years of experience in HVAC Sales. Jimmy is bilingual which he uses to apply his knowledge of HVAC equipment to help all our customers to choose the best products on the market today. Jimmy's in-depth knowledge of what his customers' needs are and what technology is available today allows him to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. He is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of his customers.

Mireya Lopez is the Accounting Clerk at Winsupply of El Paso. Mireya is responsible for the Accounts Receivables and assist in the bank reconciliations. She is in charge of handling all of our customers questions and concerns regarding their accounts, updating all account records, maintaining the accounting data base, and filing. Mireya is a supportive administrative member to the sales team and Management.

Mireya's HVAC career began 24 years ago, answering phones and scheduling service appointments and was promoted to dispatching that later gave her the opportunity to be promoted to Operations Manager.
Mireya is a native El Pasoan and truly enjoys all aspects of custom service and building a strong customer relationship with everyone in our WinSupply community. She welcomes everyone to stop on by for a cup of coffee or simply grab a bag of freshly popped popcorn.

Pedro Nunez is our Warehouse associate at WinSupply of El Paso. He has 5 years of experience in the warehouse setting. Pedro assists in shipping and receiving, unloading materials, keeping our warehouse hazard free and loading customer orders.

Rebecca Valdespino is our Maintenance Repair and Operations Sales Representative (MRO) at WinSupply of El Paso. With 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry Rebecca is eager to build a business relationship with property managers for Apartment, Condos, Hospitality and Multi Tenant dwellings with all their HVAC needs. Rebecca is a motivated and self-directed person who is here to support your maintenance team with needed parts. Rebecca is here to build relationships with vendors and suppliers, and work with internal teams to ensure our inventory is accurate. The ultimate goal is to reduce the cost of maintaining your existing equipment.
Rebecca is a native El Pasoan and a graduate of Eastwood High School Class of 1990. GO TROOP!

Alejandro (Alex) Diaz is our Purchasing Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Alex's HVAC career started 24 years ago as a delivery driver for a supply house. After a year of driving he moved up to counter sales and from there his knowledge of the industry has grown. At Winsupply of El Paso Alex was promoted to our Purchasing Manager and is in charge of all warranties. Alex loves the experience of customer service every day and enjoys meeting new customers.

Gabriel Gonzalez is our Inside Sales Rep at WinSupply of El Paso. With 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in the Heating & Cooling industry and 2 years in Sales, Gabriel truly understands both sides of the sales process and strives to offer the best customer service to our clients. His interpersonal communication skills and his diligence to follow up with all his customer's needs is the reason our customers can depend on WinSupply of El Paso to provide all their HVAC needs.

Scanda Delgado is our Office Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Scanda brings over 5 years of administrative experience in Office Management, and Accounting. She has been with WinSupply of El Paso since our Grand Opening. Scanda assists in the development and implementation of business policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration staff; she maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.

Araceli (Arcy) Villa is our Counter Sales Representative at WinSupply of El Paso. With 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry Arcy is a vital part of our sales team. Arcy manages a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer needs quickly and efficiently. Arcy is motivated to maintain customer satisfaction.

Christian Thompson is our warehouse assistant. Safety and efficiency are Christian's top priorities in warehouse assistance. Chris works hard to ensure purchases are delivered and distributed in a positive and timely manner.

Leonel (Leo) Arias is our Warehouse Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Leo's experience started 20 years ago as an account distribution manger. He then transitioned into the warehouse and plumbing industry. Leo oversees the storage and logistical operations of the warehouse and manages our warehouse safety, cycle counts, inventory, and deliveries for our customers.

Jorge Bugarin is our Territory Manager at WinSupply of El Paso. Jorge started his HVAC career 19 years ago as a warehouse associate. He transitioned to counter sales for a year, then again transitioned into Inside Sales and has been a Territory Manger for the past 12 years, as a TM Jorge is in charge of customer accounts and sales. Jose 'Joe' Casarez is our Counter Sales Rep with WinSupply of El Paso. Joe has 18 years of experience in counter sales. He is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client's unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best products.

Rudy Chavira brought 25 years of service and experience to Winsupply of El Paso. Rudy provided a "Win"ning attitude to customers with a friendly and helpful sales approach. His service and commitment have profoundly impacted us all and his memory will never be forgotten.
